Wow! I think Angela may be asleep at the desk. We have an active claim going about our roof in Derby. Roof has been totaled out at least four times over for each of two claims by four different reputable local roofing companies. The adjuster will not call our roofing company back to meet nor talk. We then asked for the grievance department and the adjuster told me on the phone that "he was the grievance department! Yes he mocked us. Mocked us!
We now will have to take them to court. Over a roof that should have been totaled like everyone else's was in our neighborhood during the storm.
